You can send a question, issue report, or suggestion from inside ACNH Notes by Modong after signing in:

You may add a reply email. If you leave it blank, the app uses the email associated with your signed-in account. The app shows the inquiry status, and replies that need a response are sent by email.

If you cannot sign in, or if your request concerns your account or personal information, email:

Helpful details to include

• Device type, such as iPhone or Android
• Operating-system version
• App version
• The screen where the issue occurred
• Steps that reproduce the issue
• A screenshot, if available

Do not include passwords, verification codes, access tokens, or other secrets.

To delete your account in the app:

My > scroll to the bottom > Delete account
