Delete Your ACNH Notes by Modong Account

Use the in-app deletion option to delete your ACNH Notes by Modong account and associated app data.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open My.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Wait for the confirmation countdown and confirm deletion.

The current server deletion process removes:

• your Supabase Auth account;
• wishlist and collection-progress records;
• turnip and visitor records;
• community posts;
• profile and island information;
• island residents and museum-donation records;
• support inquiries and day-level villager-view records; and
• reviewer/operator account flags associated with your account, if any.

Information that may remain

Operational audit records, notice or ad-setting change history, and previously aggregated statistics may remain after direct user identifiers are removed or separated. External sign-in providers may retain their own account or connection records under their policies.

Deleting your ACNH Notes by Modong account does not delete your Apple, Google, or Kakao account. The app attempts to disconnect Kakao when applicable. If that attempt fails, review connected apps in your Kakao account settings. You may also need to review connected-app settings with other sign-in providers.

If you cannot sign in

Email modongnote@gmail.com and include:

• the email address used for the account;
• the sign-in method: email, Kakao, Google, or Apple; and
• the statement: “I request deletion of my ACNH Notes by Modong account.”

We may ask for additional information to verify account ownership. Do not send a password, verification code, or access token.

In-app deletion is processed as part of the confirmed deletion flow. Email requests are handled after account verification and may take longer when additional verification is required.
